This build requires you to login because the authentication mechanism has changed to make the app more secure now.
Check that your email address or mobile number and password are correct or reset your password if you have forgotten your password (see forgot password section).
Yes you can if you have registered using your mobile number.
Make sure the ID number you are using is the same one you used when signing up for DStv. Provide the call centre agent with your ID number so they can verify if it is captured correctly in the Clarity system.
Your account does not have a mobile number associated with it, please provide the customer service agent with your valid mobile number to update the Clarity system.
When your DStv account was created this was the mobile number captured, please give the call centre agent your new valid mobile number to update the Clarity system.
This means you have already registered for a Connect ID in the past so you need to login. If you can’t remember your login details you can either reset your password (see forgot password section) or the customer service agent can look up your details on the Connect support tool.
A one time pin is a secure way of identifying a person using their mobile number. If you didn’t receive one during registration please click the resend button and make sure the last four digits of the number that is displayed is the same as your current mobile number.
The call centre agent can use the Connect support tool to look up your Connect details using either a customer’s mobile number, smartcard or customer number.
Please ensure the mobile number you registered with is the same as the one you are entering or ensure you entered the mobile number in the correct format.

DStv Now app users can login using email address or mobile number.
* The ability to login with your mobile number is a new feature.
Eligible DStv customers registering for a Connect account for the first time can do so on the app using their ID or passport number and do not need to link their smartcards, this is done automatically in the background.
